--I completely thought I made this phrase up on the way home from San Antonio today. "Man, I am so witty," I thought to myself...little to know, when I Googled it, there have already been t-shirts designed with the exact saying. Fail!
Had an excitingly fun time with my sister, Brady. She took me to eat at some Freebird type restaurant called Habanero's and then we spent the rest of the time...unpacking boxes at her new apartment. I make that sound like it is dull. When it comes to doing things like that, I turn into Monica Geller!!!
Then to make matters worse (probably for her, for me it was exhilarating), while she was at work, I took the liberty to unpack her decorations and placed them where I thought they would look good. I think she thought it was an Extreme Home Makeover or While You Were Out moment when she walked in her apartment; she got all excited and giddy about what I did. Yay for me!!!
Other than that, I am brain dead. Nothing too exciting has happened in my life yet, so I am sorry to bore you with the little mundane details of my life. Also, I want to apologize to all the other English teachers. or grammar fanatics, out there...I am so crazy tired that I have noticed about 10 grammar errors in here and have not bothered to fix them. At least I realized it, right?

Brother Sister Sunday Funday
So, I have been very lonely these past few days (months even, but that is a different story). As I woke up this morning, I realized that it was going to be Sunday Funday with my brother. It was supposed to be Friday night, but I called him and accidentally interrupted a date he was having...oops! So, AJ and I both planned to spend today together instead.
This has probably been a nonstop laugh for the both of us since I picked him up! I told him that I now have a blog (which started the "Let me make fun of Lexi" hour). He began to ask me what I could possibly write about that the world would want to read?
"My name is Alexia and I paint pictures, first I start by applying the base..." he would say in a voice that sounded way too much like Lisa Simpson. When I informed him that it was much deeper than that he proceeded to go to my page.
Upon reading it aloud, again in a Lisa Simpson voice, we both could not contain our laughter. I am pretty sure we almost died about 4 times, since I was driving in heavy Houston traffic. At least we would have died laughing, right?
After a wonderful dinner at Cyclone Anaya's we came back to my house, where I had to awkwardly give a breif explanation to my nosy neighbor that AJ was not a date, he is my brother. I guess being 6'3" could have that type of affect on outsiders. We are now plunging into a movie night full of horror and screams as we watch one innocent victim after another get stupidly killed when they run off by themselves. Oh, how fun it is to be us! Goodnight, and farewell.

First blog of my life...ever!
This is my first entry on my first blog, oh how it is tugging at my nerves! So, after a long (and by long I mean LONNNNG) day of working at my summer job (Hobby Lobby), I finally get to sit down and relax.
Sometimes, I hate to relax because then my mind decides that it just wants to go ahead and travel into the great unknown...so just step in and take a ride...
1) I think it would be so cool to disapparate. Then, commuting to work would be a no-biggie and I could just save money on gas; because seriously, E85 is a joke and Houston traffic sucks.
2) If I could be any character for a day, I think I would be Tris from Divergent. She is a strong character, she can balance revenge and mercy, and Tobias looks like a young Marky Mark in my mind...whew!
3) Why is it that it is a Saturday night and I am sitting in my house all alone writing a blog? Am I turning into an old hag? No. No, no, noooo that can't be it. Am I just not fun anymore? Haha, yeah right! Am I just so awesome that society is intimidated by the very thought of being within my presence...Oh, that has to be it. Most definately.
4) Oooh, The Big Bang Theory is on! After a day of not being able to watch Doctor Who, this is something I am looking forward to.
Due to interruption of a TV show, my very first blog is going to be cut uber short. I hope this is not a big dissapointment to the one reader I might probably have (my mother). Sorry, Mom! Stay tuned for more.
